Appeals by Kenneth E. Herbst from four orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, all dated October 28, 2010. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 6, 2011, the appellant's time to comply with a scheduling order of this Court dated April 8, 2011, was extended until August 8, 2011.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the scheduling order dated April 8, 2011 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
