DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered February 4, 2010, and for the assignment of new counsel. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief is granted, and the supplemental pro se brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel is denied.
