Separate motions by the appellants Westchester County Healthcare Corporation, Westchester Medical Center, Steven B. Zelicof, and Speciality Orthopedics and the appellant Winifred Masterson Burke Rehabilitation Center for leave to reargue their respective appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 12, 2009, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
