Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered November 29, 2010, pending determination of an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 21, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order entered November 29, 2010, is enlarged until January 23, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
