Application by the nonparty-respondent Pat Bonanno pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated January 24, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the nonparty-respondent Pat Bonanno to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 3, 2011, and the brief of the nonparty-respondent Pat Bonanno must be served and filed on or before that date.
