Motion by the petitioners/plaintiffs pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) to vacate an automatic stay of enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 16, 2011, effective upon the respondent/defendant's service of a notice of intention to move for permission to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 16, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
