ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 13, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 23, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the Indictment No. "29880/09" and substituting therefor the Indictment No. "2056/09."
