The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Charles Johnson, Appellant.

Motion by the Legal Aid Society, counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered June 14, 2010, to be relieved, and to have other counsel substituted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and MICHAEL J. CONNOLLY, ESQ. located at 117-16 QUEENS BOULEVARD, FOREST HILLS, NEW YORK 11375 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society shall provide new counsel with all papers.
