Motion by Christian Browne, Esq., counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered February 16, 2011, to be relieved, and to have other counsel substituted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and ARSHAD MAJID, ESQ., located at 300 RABRO DRIVE, SUITE 112, HAUPPAUGE, NEW YORK 11788 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,
