| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Sodexho America, LLC, Sodexho Operations, LLC, and Sodexho, Inc., for leave to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 5, 2010. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 24, 2011, Sodexho America, LLC, Sodexho Operations, LLC, and Sodexho, Inc., shall serve and file their brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 14, 2011, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
