| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Gail Wisner for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Wisner was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 27, 2004. By decision and order of this Court dated September 17, 2007, Ms. Wisner's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and her name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 27, 2011, Ms. Wisner's motion for reinstatement was denied with leave to renew upon furnishing proof that she satisfied the continuing legal education requirement (see 22 NYCRR 691.11-a[c][4]).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, Gail Wisner is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Gail Wisner to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
