DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the defendant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 12, 1986, in effect, on the ground that trial counsel was ineffective, inter alia, for failing to file a notice of appeal or to extend his time to file a notice of appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied.
