On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "and the appellant shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions," and substituting therefor the words "the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by serving and filing his brief on the appeal is enlarged until November 21, 2011."
