DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Nechama Markovici, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 2011, as awarded Lazar Markovici holiday visitation with certain of the parties' children, to stay enforcement, inter alia, of that portion of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated September 15, 2011, as awarded Lazar Markovici holiday visitation with certain of the parties' children is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
