Application by the respondents Blupers Family Billiards and Claude Davis, and separate application by the respondents Rosen Group, Inc., Price Chopper Operating Co., Inc., V.G.R. Associates, LLC, and Vail's Gate, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 3, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until October 31, 2011, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
