Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated June 14, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Atlantic Beach, Nassau County, rendered September 29, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the order dated June 14, 2011 is vacated, and the appeal shall be perfected by November 4, 2011.
