Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 13, 2010, and July 14, 2010, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Francine E. Modica, Esq., dated September 6, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Carl B. Kustell, Esq., dated September 7, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before November 10, 2011, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
