Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Sherry R.B., sworn to August 11, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Adam H. Van Buskirk, Esq., 3100 State Route 90, Aurora, New York 13026, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Cayuga County, provide Adam H. Van Buskirk, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Family Court, Cayuga County, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7).
