Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 18, 2011, inter alia, for leave to reargue its prior motion to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 6, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
