DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 12, 2010, to direct the respondent to serve errata sheets and corrections or additions to the transcript of the proceedings on March 11, 2009, to extend his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 21, 2011, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 15, 2011, the respondent shall serve errata sheets and corrections or additions to the transcript of the proceedings on March 11, 2009; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion dated April 21, 2011, is extended until November 22, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 22, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
