Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 24, 2010, and October 22, 2010, respectively, a judgment of the same court dated November 23, 2010, and an amended judgment of the same court dated December 20, 2010, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file reply briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 30, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied as premature.
