DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 1, 2010, and to enlarge the record to include certain papers annexed to the motion. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include certain papers annexed to the motion. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include a CD and certain papers annexed to the motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until October 18, 2011, by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 6, 2011, and is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include certain papers annexed to the motion, and the motion to enlarge the record to include a CD and certain papers annexed to the motion are denied.
