DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to strike the trial transcripts filed by the appellant as exhibits on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated December 9, 2010, and April 13, 2011, respectively, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Cross motion by the appellant to extend his time to settle the trial transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike the trial transcripts is granted to the extent that all of the transcripts filed by the appellant except for the transcript of the proceedings on December 9, 2010, are stricken; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted to the extent that on or before October 20, 2011, the appellant shall settle the transcript of the proceedings on December 9, 2010, and the cross motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 21, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
