On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 8, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 16, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the citation "22 NYCRR 670.10.3[c])" and substituting therefor the citation "22 NYCRR 670.10.3[e])."
