Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 28, 2009,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jessie J. Barnes sworn to September 20, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 7, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 13, 2011, and inserting in its place the date October 19, 2011.
