Claimant having moved for an extension of time to perfect his appeal and defendant having cross-moved for an extension of time to perfect its cross appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on October 4, 2010,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Ronald J. Wright, Esq., sworn to September 15, 2011, the affirmation of Robert M. Goldfarb, Esq., dated September 26, 2011, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that claimant's motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 2, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 19, 2011, and inserting in its place the date November 18, 2011, and
It is further ORDERED that defendant's cross motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 2, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 24, 2011, and inserting in its place the date December 23, 2011.
