DECISION AND ORDER

Motion to withdraw as counsel of record and for extension of time to file and serve a supplemental brief and a new brief.

Cross motion and amended cross motion for stay, for an evidentiary hearing, an extension of time to obtain new counsel, to consolidate , to supplement the record and for further relief or, in the alternative, for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, the cross motion and the amended cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Douglas M. Reda, Esq. for permission to withdraw as counsel of record for appellant is granted, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve a supplemental brief and a new brief is denied, and the appeal shall be calendared and heard on the record on appeal and brief filed by appellant's prior counsel, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion and the amended cross motion are denied.
