| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 31, 2011, and May 23, 2011, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated May 12, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 18, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file their reply briefs in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]).
