DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appellant's application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated December 27, 1994 (People v Rossi, 210 AD2d 511), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 22, 1991, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 8, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
