ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 11, 2011, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 25, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first and second decretal paragraphs thereof the date "November 11, 2011" and substituting therefor the date "November 14, 2011."
