| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Mr Abhimanyu, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 24, 2007, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Abhimanyu Singh Poonia.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Mr Abhimanyu to Abhimanyu Singh Poonia, effective immediately.
