Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied as premature as the time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-07752 does not expire until January 25, 2012, and the time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-07891 does not expire until January 30, 2012.
