Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 27, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before October 21, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the plaintiffs-respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 30, 2011, and the plaintiffs-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents shall serve and file a reply brief on or before January 5, 2012, and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file a reply brief on or before January 20, 2012.
