ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered April 7, 2010, is stricken from the general calendar, from the appeals calendar, and from the October 18, 2011 ready day calendar on the ground that the transcripts reviewed by the District Court in considering appellant's speedy trial motion have not been made part of the record on appeal.
