Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 5, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jacqueline M. Grasso, Esq., sworn to September 16, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before December 12, 2011, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
