Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of the Jefferson County Court rendered May 26, 2010, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kathleen P. Reardon, Esq. sworn to September 21, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Roseann B. MacKechnie, Esq. dated October 6, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered May 26, 2010 prosecuted by the Jefferson County District Attorney (KA 11-00375 and KA 11-01566) are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that appellant perfect the appeals on or before February 15, 2012, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
