ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal and the cross appeal are set down for the
February 2012 term of this Court. Petitioners shall file and serve the record on appeal and brief on or before November 21, 2011. The brief of
respondents, which shall also contain the points of argument on their appeal, shall be filed and served on or before December 21, 2011. The
reply brief of petitioners shall be filed and served on or before January 6, 2012. The sur-reply brief of respondents shall be filed and served on or
before January 18, 2012.
