It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition. It is further Ordered that landlord-appellant�s motion is granted to the extent of consolidating the two appeals, and enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals by no later than the February 2012 term - the filing deadline is December 13, 2011. The tenants-respondents� cross-motion to dismiss the appeal is denied. In the event of landlord-appellant�s failure to comply with the foregoing condition, tenants-respondent� may move on five days� notice for an order dismissing the appeal from the April 8, 2011 order. .
