Motion by the respondent to vacate a stay of enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 31, 2011, which was granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 26, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 26, 2011, is vacated forthwith.
