Appeals by Robert Giaimo from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered August 16, 2011, four orders of the same court dated March 26, 2009, June 30, 2009, August 26, 2009, and July 16, 2010, respectively, and a decision of the same court dated June 8, 2011.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the decision under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-09436 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J. A. Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD2d 509).
