DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Ayreen Anastas and Rene Gabri, by permission, from an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 6, 2010. The appeal has not been perfected and the appellants have not sought an enlargement of time.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the stays granted by decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated January 5, 2011, and February 28, 2011, respectively, are vacated forthwith.
