DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 26, 2011, and continue visitation under the same terms as existed before the issuance of that order, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
