Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both dated December 22, 2009, and an order of the same court dated September 22, 2010. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2011, the appeals by Curti's Landscaping, Inc., under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-01502 and 2010-10261, were deemed withdrawn.
Upon the stipulation of the parties, dated October 20, 2011, it is
ORDERED that the appeal by Hudson Valley Radiology Associates, PLLC, also known as Mid Rockland Imaging, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02348, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
