Appellant having moved, upon the return of an order to show cause and an amended order to show cause granted by the Honorable John V. Centra on October 7, 2011, and October 11, 2011, to extend the October 7, 2011, deadline to perfect the appeals upon which this Court's order entered June 22, 2011, was conditioned, and having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals from the judgments and order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on April 28, 2011, May 26, 2011, and August 8, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq. sworn to October 4, 2011, said show cause orders with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of this Court's order entered September 13, 2011, is amended by deleting the date October 7, 2011, and inserting in its place the date December 2, 2011.
