Appellant having moved for a stay, an extension of time to perfect the appeals, permission to proceed as a poor person, and other relief on the appeals taken herein from orders of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Genesee on March 18, 2011, and March 23, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John Chong-Hwan Wee sworn to September 14, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Erica M. DiRenzo, Esq., dated September 23, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 28, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 26, 2011, and inserting in its place the date November 25, 2011, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
