Motion by the Legal Aid Society, counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered September 6, 2010, to be relieved, and to have other counsel substituted.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
