Motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order of this court dated July 7, 2011, which determined an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered March 19, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
An appeal from this court in a criminal action is taken directly to the Court of Appeals by a certificate granting leave to appeal by a judge of that Court (CPL 450.90, 460.20; 22 NYCRR 500.10; see People v Graham, 177 Misc 2d 542 [App Term, 9th & 10th Jud Dists 1998], affd 93 NY2d 934 [1999]).
