Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 28, 2011, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.1(c) regarding the thickness of the record on appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the record and brief submitted to the Clerk of this Court on September 15, 2011, are accepted for filing; and it is further,
