DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Legal Aid Society of New York for leave to file an amicus curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated February 14, 2011, which reversed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 5, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew after the appeal is perfected.
