Renewed motion by the appellant for summary reversal on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 4, 2008, on the ground that the papers constituting the reconstruction hearing of the proceeding which occurred on October 1, 2007, inadequate to afford meaningful appellate review.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to raising this issue in the appellant's brief.
